WE DO NOT COMPROMISE ON QUALITY. WE CONTROL EVERY STAGE OF RAW MATERIAL PROCESSING – FROM CROP GROWING TO SHIPPING TO CUSTOMERS. THIS WAY, OUR PRODUCTS HAVE EARNED THE RECOGNITION OF CONSUMERS THROUGHOUT EUROPE.

Soil and climate conditions play a major role in the cultivation of spices and herbs, but the selection of the right cultivars and diligent care for the crops are equally important. For this reason, we support our farmers through training, constant monitoring of crops, and joint improvement initiatives.

Rigorous control implemented from plant growth, raw material acceptance, to the end product, gives us certainty that our products are of superior quality.

Following the harvest, our products are gently improved: dried, fragmented – cut, ground, grated, and subjected to steam sterilisation. The selection and monitoring of appropriate parameters in individual processes ensures that our products retain inimitable flavour and aroma.

BRITISH RETAIL CONSORTIUM CERTIFICATE | A document confirming that our operations are conducted in accordance with the international BRC quality standards. See certificate.

ORGANIC CERTIFICATE | Certificate confirming that Bromex and imported products that we market come from ecological farming.  See certificate.

KOSHER CERTIFICATE | A certificate issued by the Jewish Religious Communities Association in Poland, confirming that the food we produce is kosher and pareve.  See certificate.

CERTIFICATE  ISO 9001 | Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of PN-EN ISO 9001:2009. See certificate.
